of talent management on organizational performance. A hundred and twenty
questionnaires were distributed among employees from selected organizations.
Interviews and surveys were also conducted.

factors that motivate teachers into the teaching profession. A hundred and
twenty questionnaires were distributed among students and teachers from
selected secondary schools in Nigeria. Interviews and surveys were also
conducted.

significant impact on the motivation of teachers into the teaching profession.
